Plain English, no legal fog. Here is exactly what we collect when you ask for an estimate, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.
Plain English, no legal fog. Here is exactly what we collect when you ask for an estimate, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.
We ask for your name, phone, email, and address so we can quote your job and show up at the right house. We use it to do exactly that. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Want it deleted? Call or text (267) 832-7855 and it is gone.
Petra Power Solutions is an owner-operated exterior cleaning and hardscaping business based in Newtown, Pennsylvania, serving Bucks County, registered as a Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor under PA HIC #PA223446. This policy covers the website at petrapowersolutions.com and any information you send us through it.
There are only three ways information reaches us through this site.
When you request an estimate, you choose what to send: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you are interested in, and any details you type into the message box. Every field is there for a practical reason — we need the address to price the job and find the property, and a phone number or email so we can reply.
We use that information to prepare your quote, schedule the visit, do the work, and follow up about it. Nothing else.
The chat assistant on this site answers questions about our services and pricing. What you type is sent to our server, passed to an AI provider to generate a reply, and returned to you. The conversation is not saved on our server and is not attached to your name unless you type it in yourself. Your side of the conversation is kept temporarily in your own browser (in session storage) so the thread survives if you click to another page — and it is erased when you close the tab.
Please do not type payment card details, account numbers, or anything else sensitive into the chat. If you need to send something like that, call us.
Our host records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is normal web-server logging used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
We are one person and a truck, so we rely on a few standard services to run the website. Each one only ever sees what it needs to do its job:
We may also share information when we are legally required to, or when it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Estimate requests are kept as long as we may reasonably need them — to service a warranty question, to reference a past job, or to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Requests that never turn into work are cleared out once they are clearly stale. Chat conversations are not retained by us at all.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or text (267) 832-7855, or use the contact form. We will take care of it — there is no process to navigate, because there is no one to navigate it but us.
If you are a Pennsylvania resident, or you are covered by a state privacy law that gives you additional rights, we will honour those rights. You will never be treated differently for exercising them.
This site is for homeowners arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions travel encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your information lives as small as we reasonably can — which is the most effective protection available to a business our size.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly slipped in.
